Cow’s milk is naturally rich in calcium, protein, B vitamins and so many minerals. Sometimes cow’s milk is enriched with vitamin D, which will make the milk even more nutritious.

Pasteurized milk:

Pasteurized milk is milk that has been prepared by one of the usual pasteurization methods, so that all its pathogenic microbes are destroyed and the number of non-pathogenic microbes in it is minimized and the least qualitative changes in its composition are done. They are heated to 75 degrees Celsius for 15 seconds and have a shelf life of 5 days.

ESL milk:

In order to increase the shelf life of pasteurized milk, according to the type of thermal process and using equipment, the shelf life of pasteurized milk is increased. This milk is heated to 127 to 135 degrees Celsius for one to four seconds to destroy all its pathogenic and spoilage microbes. ESL milk has a shelf life of 10 to 15 days.

UHT milk:
