Vegetable Yoghurt

Delal or Dalal refers to a mixture of native vegetables in the north of the country and mostly in Mazandaran. In the past, it was customary to mix them together and grind them with a stone on a wooden board. The combination of low-fat yoghurt and native vegetables, apart from its attractive taste, due to the presence of fresh and various vegetables, is very special. According to traditional medicine, the contents of Dalal have a warm nature and its consumption is recommended with cold foods.

Fresh vegetables contain useful minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and are a rich source of fiber, vitamin C, and beta-carotene.
